Halloween is usually celebrated amongst family, friends and, sometimes, coworkers. So in Window on America in Poltava, we decided to get more information about Halloween traditions in the USA. Ragan Genevieve, the Peace Corps Ukraine volunteer told students, teachers, NGO representatives, translators and other visitors how she celebrates "All Hallows' Evening" with her family and friends.
